Your house is how secure? This is a question that is undoubtedly on your thoughts right now. Examine the house's interiors in great detail in addition to the neighborhood. Is piped gas available, or do you have to rely on gas cylinders? What year(s) are the fixtures? What About water leaks?

It's time to sign the lease now that you've determined all the conditions to be met! Make sure the agreement provides you with adequate protection in ambiguous circumstances.
